Dungarvan Brewing Company is Ireland's latest micro-brewery, producing a range of bottle-conditioned craft beers. All the beers are traditionally brewed and bottled on-site in Dungarvan, Co. Waterford, and will be distributed to selected bars and off-licenses over the coming months.
The core range consists of three beers - Black Rock Irish Stout, Copper Coast Red Ale and Helvick Gold Blonde Ale - which we will complement with a selection of seasonal and festival beers as we go.
Brewing and bottling on-site means that we can oversee the complete production process, from grain to finished bottle, so we can assure the quality of this hand-crafted product.
Conditioning in the bottle means we have a naturally carbonated, unfiltered and unpasteurised beer that doesn't need any further enhancers or additives to stabilise or improve them.
Following a very successful April, in which we had our launch, participated in the Festival of Food in Waterford and sold our first beers at the Easter Beer Festival in the Franciscan Well, Cork, we are currently looking forward to a host of further events in the coming months, along with in increasing list of stockists.
