Awards Presentation; Winners of the FBD Business Awards will be announced at the Chamber Ball on Friday 20th November 2009. 

Entry Criteria/  Terms & Conditions

·         Entries must be submitted to FBD Insurance, on or before 16th October 2009

.·         The judges’ decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into before or after judging.

·         Overall winners in each category will receive a prize of €500, a commemorative piece of crystal and a framed award

·         Prizes are non transferable and will only be awarded to the winner

·         This competition is not open to staff of FBD or the Dungarvan & West Waterford Chamber or their immediate family members.

·         The use of  false or misleading information by a competition entrant will disqualify them from entering the competition.

·         Winners will be announced at the 2009 Chamber Ball on November 20^th in Lawlors Hotel, Dungarvan.

·         Any person found to be in disregard of the above rules will be disqualified automatically.·         FBD and the Dungarvan & West Waterford Chamber reserves the right to disqualify any contestant for any reason whatsoever in its sole discretion.

·         Neither FBD or the Dungarvan & West Waterford Chamber are responsible for printing or typographical errors in any materials relating to competition promotions; fraudulent, lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or altered entries; or entries which are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or other technical malfunction.

·         FBD and  the Dungarvan & West Waterford Chamber reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions if fraud or technical failure compromises the integrity of any competition as determined by FBD in its sole discretion.

·         Neither FBD nor the Dungarvan & West Waterford Chamber accept any responsibility whatsoever for any death, injury or other damage, loss, expense or liability arising as a result of participation in this competition or any of the prizes rewarded.

·         Participation in FBD and the Dungarvan & West Waterford Chamber Business Awards denotes acceptance of these terms and conditions and any additional competition specific terms and conditions which may be advertised.

·         Entrants may participate in each category subject to fulfilling criteria of each category

·         Best New Business Award is for businesses set up 3 years or less.

·         Companies/ Entrants in any category must be within the remit of the Dungarvan or West Waterford area to be eligible to enter. Companies/ entrants from outside this geographical area will be ineligible to enter.
