Terra Nua has been set up by two experienced and passionate local professionals, who have relocated back to their home town having lived and worked in the UK and Dublin.

Terra Nua’s Construction Director, John McGrath, has over 20 years experience working as a Construction Professional, working for 14 years in the UK and the last 5 years in Dublin and the Midlands region.
The company’s managing partner, Lucia Quealy has over 20 years experience in HR and Operational Management Roles. Lucia is a trained Facilitator, Business and Life Coach, as well as an NLP Practitioner.
