Strategic Plan for Chamber 2007 - 2010 |

We are delighted to have launched our new Chamber Strategy 2007 - 2010. In preparing this strategy, we have taken account of a range of regional and national policies, local, regional and national development plans and Chamber development plans. We undertook a review of our organisational framework, resources, funding and partnerships and conducted a full office review to assess the internal resources and systems in place to support the plan.
A priority of this strategy was to ensure it was as consultative as possible, taking into account the views of key stakeholders including Directors, Staff, Members (past, present and potential) and the many support and development agencies. The plan was developed in the run up to the Annual General Meeting so that any deficits could be addressed in creation of the new Board, Subcommittees and Task Groups.
