Sold through the Chamber Office, the attractive vouchers are redeemable in over 100 Retail and Service outlets in Dungarvan & West Waterford (Chamber Member Outlets Only).
This year records were broken when over €160,000 worth of shopping vouchers were sold in November & December 2009.
This money was kept in our local area safe guarding jobs and businesses and curtailing the hemorrhaging of money outside our local economic area. Shoppers, employers and gift purchasers are very aware of the value of keeping business local, and the benefits this has. Calls from gift givers living as far away as America were received to purchase vouchers to be sent to people living locally.
There are still over €45,000 worth of vouchers in circulation. Please display your sign to inform customers you can accept these vouchers.
